The ERASE Pain Programme
Sophia Kupse, innovator of the platinum award winning ERASE Pain Programme (EPP), believes that everyone deserves good mental and physical health to live pain free. That’s why we have created an evidence-based programme that empowers you to take control of your mental wellbeing and physical pain to help you build skills that enable you to become proactive rather reactive in your healthcare to avoid unexpected pain and prescribed medication. The programme is both preventative and restorative.
‘EPP’ is a 4-hour digital programme that offers you, from a credible and trusted source, in the comfort of your own home, easy bite size modules you can follow and apply the fast, effective proven solutions to reduce your pain quickly and improve your quality of life. The programme allows you to take control of your pain, cope better and prevent any further physical decline.
The programme works by giving you a chance to understand the pain problems you face from a psychological perspective and why not all pain comes from a physical cause. EPP then gives you tools, supported by science, to enable you to take control of your pain using mindset and behaviour change that ensures you are in control of your recovery, with less or no prescribed medication.
Our work is all about sustainable healthcare and age proofing society so that we all grow and thrive as a community. EPP offers people a more ‘personalised greener solution healthcare plan’ that not only allows you to take better care of yourself and your family, but at the same time, you are proactively contributing to taking care of the planet and future proofing the next generations to come.
